On February 19, 2025, DRONI members organized an educational dissemination activity to share the valuable experiences gained from the “Starhikers” project in Tenerife, Spain. The event took place at the Youth Association DRONI office in Tbilisi, Georgia, offering an opportunity to connect with the community and share new knowledge.
During the workshop, participants were introduced to the fascinating worlds of astronomy, astrology, and storytelling. The session began with a discussion about the beautiful island of Tenerife, where the group had the chance to explore the night skies and observe the stars as part of the project.
The workshop was designed to be highly interactive, with a series of games and quizzes about astronomy. These activities were aimed at sparking curiosity about the universe, helping participants grasp just how vast and incredible space is.
In addition to astronomy and astrology, the group shared stories from ancient mythology, where people once used the stars to explain the world around them. One part of the storytelling focused on imagining a future where humans live in space colonies on planets like Mars. They discussed what it might be like to live on another planet and how humans could travel to different places within the solar system.
Overall, the dissemination activity provided an opportunity to share knowledge, foster imagination, and inspire curiosity about the universe.
