On March 22, EUROBUS visited Adigeni and spent an unforgettable day with young people from the municipalities of Adigeni and Akhaltsikhe. During the visit, we were joined by around 30 participants in an inspiring setting, where they learned about the EVZ Foundation and the MEET UP! program, as well as discussed EUROBUS’s grant and social media competitions.
Young European Ambassadors also joined the EUROBUS team and shared information with the attendees about the Erasmus+ and ESC programs. They also introduced the SALTO EECA Resource Center, which offers various international opportunities to young people from the region. All activities during the event were interactive and based on non-formal education. Participants had the chance to actively engage in discussions and ask questions of interest.
During the break, the young participants continued their conversations with the project team in an informal atmosphere. It was especially rewarding to see their genuine interest and engagement, which once again highlights the importance of such visits.
The second part of the event brought the most fun — participants explored various interactive “stations,” where they could:
Take part in a quiz-darts activity on EU topics;
Learn more about EUROBUS themes — historical memory, human rights, and cultural diversity;
Generate ideas for competitions and ask practical questions;
Join creative activities, such as designing a collaborative poster and more.Participants were actively involved in every step, leaving the event space filled with new knowledge and motivation — and they also received symbolic gifts!
