On 21st of June, EUROBUS joined the celebration of Europe Day in Batumi, bringing energy, creativity and a strong message of connection to the heart of the city.
Throughout the day, visitors had the chance to explore our indoor and outdoor stations, each offering fun, informative and engaging activities. Inside, people tested their knowledge with quizzes about Europe, participated in interactive games and learned more about the EUROBUS project, the MEET UP! program and various European opportunities for young people.
Outside, our space in front of the EUROBUS turned into a lively hub where passersby could join our darts challenge and the cup game – simple yet exciting ways to learn about the EU and its values while having fun.
One of the highlights of the day was our special EUROBUS passports. Attendees received a passport and were challenged to visit each of our different stations. Those who completed the journey were rewarded with symbolic EUROBUS merchandise to remember the day.
We were honored to be joined by EU Ambassador to Georgia, Paweł Herczyński, who took time to visit our stand, learn about our activities, and discuss both the challenges and opportunities EUROBUS encounters on its journey through different regions.
We closed the day with big smiles, shared stories and a deep sense of connection. Batumi welcomed us warmly and the enthusiasm of the attendees reminded us why we do what we do.
Thank you to everyone who stopped by, played a game, asked a question, or simply shared a smile with us.
