On June 18th, around 20 of us gathered by the Lisi Lake for a relaxed and enjoyable afternoon focused on healthy living. With the sun shining and a bit of wind, the setting was perfect for a little movement and meaningful conversations. ☀️
We started off by sharing useful tips and tricks for maintaining a healthy lifestyle, followed by a short yoga session to stretch, breathe, and slow down. Afterwards, we settled down for a cozy picnic where we chatted, laughed, and enjoyed each other’s company as the sun slowly set over the lake. 🧘💚
The atmosphere was calm, open, and positive; a great mix of nature, connection, and well-being. It was such a lovely experience that we’re already thinking about doing it again soon! 🌟🌟
