Crossroads of Culture: Social Media Workshop

Posted on June 7, 2024
No Comments
We recently held a workshop at the Scouts Youth Center about the impact of social media on society, especially on our youth. Volunteers from the European Solidarity Corps helped us run the event
The workshop explored how social media affects us, both the good and the bad.  We talked about its effects on mental health, communication, and the spread of false information.  Participants got to think about their own social media use and what it means.
The volunteers from the European Solidarity Corps enriched the discussions with their experiences.
By the end of the workshop, everyone learned how to use social media responsibly and the importance of being smart online.
