On March 14th, a workshop on negotiations was conducted, engaging participants in a series of interactive activities designed to enhance their critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills. The session combined practical exercises, theoretical insights, and debates, allowing participants to develop a deeper understanding of negotiation strategies.

Following the exercise, a short lecture was delivered, covering why negotiations are important in various aspects of life and key factors influencing negotiation processes, such as preparation, communication, power dynamics and compromise. This segment provided participants with a structured understanding of negotiation principles before moving into deeper discussions.
To further develop critical thinking, participants engaged in a debate on controversial opinions about negotiations.
For the final activity, participants were divided into groups and assigned roles in a hypothetical negotiation scenario. The exercise required them to apply the strategies discussed throughout the workshop. The goal was to find mutually beneficial solutions, demonstrating the importance of compromise, persuasion and adaptability in real-world negotiations.
