Once again it is time for everyone’s favourite monthly newsletter covering everything that’s happened at Youth Association DRONI: DRONI Wrapped – June 2025! After some rainy patches June finally left us in the hot mess that we can expect from Tbilisi summers. Nevertheless, it was once again a busy month with all kinds of activities.
Perhaps one of the most important changes of the month is the moving of DRONI’s office. After our beautiful location in Vera had to go through renovation, we found a new home in Saburtalo! You can now find us in an even bigger office on 24 Bakhtrioni Street (9th floor).
Due to the move, it was not possible to organise as many workshops as usual, but we still conducted several sessions of our German Speaking-Club. Additionally, there was a mental health wellness workshop organised by our members at Lisi Lake – perfect on hot summer days.
Finally, the Eurobus project took us on an extended trip with five stops in Georgia’s Western Semegrelo region. We met many amazing young people and spread the word of European opportunities and much more. International projects took place in Moldova, Georgia, Slovakia and Latvia.

→ German Speaking-Club: June 5th & 19th
Using non-formal education methods participants could improve their everyday German speaking skills in a chill, welcoming atmosphere. The goal of this little club was to improve speaking skills, so the focus was on communication rather than grammar or vocabulary building.

Eurobus Project:
MEET UP On Wheels: Road Trip Across the Caucasus
→ The Eurobus is a project that has the purpose to empower and connect young people and takes place all over the South Caucasus region. With interactive workshops, we disseminate information on European opportunities throughout Georgia, Armenia and Azerbaijan. It’s a regional collaboration to support youth-led initiatives and the access to educational and professional resources.
In June, we visited five places throughout Georgia’s Western Samegrelo Region as well as the Europe Day in Batumi. The visits were very rewarding and we are grateful for all the engaged participants.
